S20, Bulk Asset, EDR Randomly Did Things

Anyone ever have it where when the game starts doing a process you never selected? As I was building out a new hump yard, out of no where S20 began a bulk asset command. I pressed nothing, and I was only configuring a signal. Once this happened the game wonked up and I had to kill it through steam. After reverting the route, I only wanted to run the quick db rebuild, but it triggered the EDR instead. My finger was not holding ctrl when I ran the rebuild.

This is not a Linux Mint thing, this is not Homer Simpson fat finger syndrome either, and no log generated after things went nuts.

Stumped!!!

It seems it was a weird anomaly, because everything still works.

The fact that TRS-Plus performed an EDR means this was a serious crash. Usually, the program can recover easily from a hiccup.
