S& C Purchased won't install

for the life of me the purchased version of the settle and carlisle won't install,where is the reg key for one,becoming a very frustrating problem when this happens....anyone else got the same problem....

It's the digital download,for TS2009,it have given me a key but not the usual one,this one is 7 letters....Thanks for the quick reply mate...

just checked the emails and no reg in there...looks like its a waiting game now till after the holidays....

Serial number for digital downloads will be in your order history.

Profile > Order history > click on your order > Serial number is at the bottom under the download link.

G'day Derek, Go to planet auran and login then go to order history in the download area of your S&C addon you will find the [FONT=Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif]Serial Number below the download link like this.

Thanks for the help guys...seems i am not the only one with problems,there are a few people having problems with registering the non existent serial...sent a support ticket to the Helpdesk...
