"Runtime Error (at 7:68)"

Hi everyone, I am trying to install TS12 after a digital download, and when I hit install in the install wizard, this error pops up.

Runtime Error (at 7:68)
The source file is corrupted

Is there anything I can do to fix this?

Yes, replace the source file with another download of it. Even though they (N3V) don't like download managers, they do prevent these kinds of problems.

I also have something to add to the above comments.

If you've purchased the game and are downloading the files from Simulator Central, be aware of the 10-try limit for each file. If, however, you end up using this quota, send a quick ticket to the Helpdesk and they can reset it for you.

I know of at least two instances of them doing this in the past for other customers.

After I did this, I get another error...

"An error occurred while trying to read the source file
The source file is corrupted"

I tried re-downloading the "setup.exe" file again after I got this error, and nothing changed.

Make sure you get all the files and have them together in one folder, preferably give them a folder to themselves.

There should be .bin files with the executable.

Hi Mark and welcome to the forums.

Please contact the helpdesk via the link above or through Simulator Central regarding your download issue. There maybe a problem with the files themselves and the admin will need to look at the content.
