Rule for controlling signals at junctions

About 12 months ago I downloaded a rule which controlled the signals at a junction. Since then I have lost most of my previous downloads, and I now have a new computer, and I need to use this rule again.

I have searched the DLS, but cannot find it, although I have searched a number of times. Unfortunately, I don't have the Kuid number.

I would be most grateful to anyone who knows where to find it on the DLS.
