rts_sine track question

Hello all.
I have downloaded the rts track and saved it to my desktop as I always have done in the past, but it shows up as a archive instead of a CDP. For some reason I cannot get this to install to 2009, is there a different way to move this in to the game? Thank you for any help.

You have to add it to the archive list in the 'settings' for CM, then find the 'Archiver' window on the left of CM/CMP, and expand the window, you'll see a circle with an arrow in it to the right of the 'Archiver' title bar, click that and select the archive for the rts_sine pack, then a window will pop up asking if you want to install all the items from the archive, choose yes.
