Kickstarter Country 2 track missing

In addition to downloading the program, you need to visit the Content Store link located on the Launcher.
Due to the size of the content these days, what used to be installed via DVD or a single download is impossible. N3V places everything that's not included directly in the nearly 10GB download on the Content Store. You will see important packages to download such as TRS19 content, T:ANE content, TRS22 - Additional Content Package(s) 1-3, etc.
Since you are entitled to every piece of DLC including all the routes, you can download these as well. When downloading, we recommend you download only a few items at a time, otherwise you risk locking up your program.

So having multiple issues:
* Tried to download Chiyoda Branch Line, after downloading it says multiple asset files are missing. There are 200+ assets that can't be found, can't seem to delete this route now from the menus, the delete function is greyed out.
* Tried to download Industrial Mayhem but it says it will take 108 hours to download, only downloads @ 1mb a second, tried multiple times - just cancelled it takes too long. I have a 300 download connection so it's not my side.
* Kickstarter Country TRS22 was already installed when I started the program. I think I played it last week and the tracks were there, now they are not. When I go to the content story it shows TRS22 - Core purchased, there is no install button, TRS22 additional content package purchased no install button. Trs Main Menu and TRS22 - KSC 2 purchased no install button. I don't think I need to install anything else?
RESOLVED:
All not sure what happened, but I restarted the session and the tracks are now showing up after closing everything down and restarting. Posted a picture above of what I was seeing with the missing track, the only place that the track was showing was right around the industry, everywhere else the track was missing. Restarting the program appears to have resolved this.

The install button on these is hidden. Double click on the description of the items marked purchased which bring up another screen. In the top right corner of the new screen an update button should appear.

@JCitron Also I did not know about the content store from the main menu, I had always used it in game. when I tried it from the main menu instead of in the game the download speeds are much faster now, showing 15 minutes instead of 108 hours as in game. Not sure if that is a bug or something else on my side. Obviously I don't have the experience you guys do with this simulation so just documenting what I'm running to.
