RRMODS UP Snoot Won't Show Up In TS12

Hi
I have just downloaded this loco.
but it won't in surveyor.
you can select it from the list but when I try to place it on a track
It won't show up.

It's faulty, you'll have to something I just forgot about it...

I doubt it's faulty, since RRmods is well known. It's probably missing dependencies.

I have it and it loads just fine

when you click on it in surveyor
there is no preview in the preview box

The loco is for trs 2006 and up

If it is, in fact, perfectly ok and no missing dependencies i.e. no red exclamations, red or yellow puzzle pieces shown in CMP next to it, then the problem is likely a missing mesh-table in the config.txt file.
