RRmods GTW GP40-2 download help

[FONT=&quot]Hi. I just bought a GTW GP40-2 from RRmods.us, but I had issues downloading. When I received the email, I clicked the download link but it opened a blank chrome tab, then closed it. I kept trying to download until it started taking me to a page that said I was out of downloads. If someone could help me, I would appreciate it. Thanks.[/FONT]
