thad09 many thanks

I know what you mean. I had a friend of mine who works on my ranch(steriotipical Texan) who got attacked and barely survied earlier this year.
thanks buddy.
You know what helped a good Tbone steak like in good old times in Dallas the famous steak restaurant forgot the name though but our steaks here can compete with the best in the world.
Steak has been my thing all my life and 30 km from here they produce the best in Thailand and ship to Bangkok and other fine restaurants around Thailand and I think even export. finest quality texture taste and size.
Reminds me of Montreal the 'que the cheval' best steak restaurant in town when my son lived there we go eat some mighty Tbones!

yall have a great day out there and Ning just said tonight isd Tbone night with baked potatoes and fright veggies and a ice cold freezin Singha beer.
What else can a man wish for and share the Tbone with Djoetje my muntjac deer he loves steak n veggie like we do.

lucky story 2

I know what you mean. I had a friend of mine who works on my ranch(steriotipical Texan) who got attacked and barely survied earlier this year.
2 month ago the people work on our ranch here had to cut the high grass and rough as this years monsoon was more frequent wet than other years so we did not cut for month (allowed the bees to built a hive) and protects the land even better from flooding raging from the mountains behind us.
Well one guy he cut with the mower and hit a beehive and had to run for his life but the regular ones he was out for one week and swollen like a boxer beaten up
He and others from the village came to close the hive and burn the hive with dry grass on a long bamboo stick till it all burned up took 2 days before completely done.

the moral of the story is cut the grass when you can and safes a lot of trouble.

Roy:hehe:

Ning says thank you

Ning, as rough as this has been for Roy, I'm sure that you've been through a nightmare also. Our prayers are with you also. We're so glad that you still have him by your side.

Mike

Mike thanks. i see you live in Smyrna.
I lived after Atlanta Ga for a while i moved to TN and lived at lake Chickamauga I had my boat docked at the house and had happy retirement and daily sailing on the lake and Tennessee River until 9/11 changed the world in the US
One year later I decided to move on put the house for sale and moved to Puerto Vallarta Banderas Bay Mexico and sailed down there all the way from California.
In 2004 I slowly moved out of Drug and maffia country (to dangerous) to Thailand and happily ever. Different culture, different life different speed of life and layed back at the mountains.

ya'll have a great day and yes i miss Chickamauga and the very nice neighborhood/people many times. All nice people on Shore Drive in Soddy Daisy TN at the lake.

Roy.

It is wonderful to hear of your recovery from such a painful ordeal,
Not the best way to gain an immunity too bee stings though.

Cheers.

no kidding but enough serum from these beez slows down the aging process as long as you survive the initial sting though its a little bit catch22:hehe:

Wow, a home boy. I've spent a lot of time in the Chattanooga area and some in the Chicamauga area. I've spent a little time in Thailand and you're right about the culture being different. I've traveled around some, but always come back home to the rolling hills of Middle TN. Great to have you back.

Mike

Have not been on the forum much, but looked up this thread to see to it that you did in fact recover. I am glad that you have done so regardless of what you think of me.
