hi guys I just downloaded a route but when I load it there is no train just background what do I have to do im new never done this before thanks

If your route doesn't have a session that supplies a locomotive, you'll need to supply your own consist. There are built-in trains and consists already available but it's probably best if you start with one of the tutorial sessions or look at this: http://www.trainsim.com/vbts/showthread.php?306297-Beginners-guide-to-Trainz

Alternatively, download routes that do have sessions for them.

As a suggestion, search the Download Station for "Trinity Bay". See also here:

You will find that all my other routes have sessions.

Edit:

Opps - just noticed you are running TS10. In that case, search for "IndustRail TS2010" and "IntenCity".

Then again, why limit yourself. Get a route/layout. Insert rolling stock of your choice, initially built in to your TS2010, and enjoy.
