Routes for 2010

  • Passenger?
  • Freight?
  • City?
  • Country?
  • Less than 20 boards but bigger than?
  • How do you define "good"?
Some of us can help, but you do need to help us with more information.

It seems to me he wants a small route that works fine in TS2010, as simple as that.

"Muliebuck" has quite a few branchline layouts for TS2010, around 4 baseboadrs in size. There isn't alot going on, but the layouts are beautifully made, and great to merge into excisting layouts, or as a base to start your own layout from.

My Dukes Denver, 7 baseboards, all built-in content (so no need for any downloads), representing a British light railway might be of interest. It was built for TRS2004 but I have imported it into both 2009 and 2010 without problems. Kuid 275817:102393. 883 downloads to date. Easy to customise using any desired content, and to extend (both of which I am doing at the moment).

One of the best small routes for scenery and textures is "Down East Fishing Village" by GFisher

Whether all things on that route show up in 10 is unknown

To add to this I can say only 5 kuids are missing, or need to be changed in ts2010. If I needed to hunt for others I can't remember.:hehe:

Two, <kuid2:30671:27367:1> and <kuid2:30671:27382:1>, are Protolars industries, PL_Food and PL_Warehouse respectively. Those are superseeded by the two build in combined ones in 2010 I think.

The other three are dependencies for US&S type B Home/Distant semaphore kuid numbers 39730:60000 to 60002. These are probably corona's I expect.

Hope this helps with the unknown remark.

Greetings from cloudy Amsterdam,

Jan
