Can i loaded a self made route from sp3 into tranz2019

Yes you can.

If it works in TANE SP3 without errors then you can be 99.9% certain it will work in TRS19 without errors.

Yep - easily done too.
Simply package up your T:ANE route as a CDP Export. Export the sessions too (but consider redoing these with all of the new rollingstock and locomotive assets available in TRS 2019).
Import the CDPs into the TRS19 Content Manager and then check for any missing dependencies.
Since many of the built-ins in T:ANE have now been ported to TRS19 as well, it should result in fewer items being need to be replaced or downloaded from the DLS.
Mine all came across with very few errors or omissions.
They usually run and look better in TRS19 too!
I then replace the track with TRS19 PBR procedural-types and then replace many scenery items with newer ones to enjoy a fresh, new, more realistic look.

A note to you on importing from TANE to TRS19.
I found, when importing two routes I had made in TANE SP3 there were many assets missing. This was overcome by opening the route in content manager and downloading all missing assets listed as 'available for download'. However, I still had a lot of 'obsoletes' listed some of which were rectified by running a database repair.
