Route Layer/Session Layer

Ever since I installed SP1 I can no longer merge a Session Layer into a Route Layer in Surveyor mode. Any modifications I make to terrain or textures applied to the route during a session will merge, but tracks, buildings, consists, etc. stay on the Session layer and will not merge. What's goin' on?

You must unlock the Route layer first - the quickest way of doing this is to turn off the 'Lock Entire Route' feature at the bottom of the Layers.
