Rotary Coal Dumper

I'm looking for a modern rotary coal dumper. I've got the ones from bendorsey but the hoppers I'm using fit without running through the edges.

I'm nearing a cool fired power plant on my layout and would like to include a rotary dumper. My son and I saw one on Extreme Trains and they are pretty cool!

In TS09 and 06 too I believe there are rotary dumpers but they are not functioning. I think creating a functioning one would be out of the realm of the games current abilities.
