Rocky Mountain Layouts

I'd love someone to point me towards some good layouts set in the Rocky Mountains. I really enjoy Highland Valley and I'd love to find some more like it.

I'm quite new to trainz, so there must be something I havent heard of?

My representation of CP's Mountain Sub will be coming eventually, albeit some time in the future. It will model from Revelstoke to the the east entrance of the spiral tunnels... constructed in TRS2006. Preliminary planning and information collection is occupying my time at the moment for the project:)

"Cajon Pass" is a favorite of mine. (Is that in the Rockies)? Plenty of "mountains", but not the kind that are steep and you must climb with your train. (More like viewing them as you go by).

But plenty of really beautiful scenery and action, both passenger and industry!

I should warn you that there are some stops like Madison, that will slow down even a pretty good computer's frame rates. I have thinned out some of the heaviest areas in Surveyor.

Good luck! Robert P.

You might try "The Rockies" , kuid 86268:101849 on the DLS. This was developed for TRS 2004.

Cheers.
