roads under construction

I'm wondering if anyone has made "roads / highways under construction" for their layouts, a quick search through the content library hasn't found anything, but then again, I may have been asking for the wrong thing.

Or is there a way to do it using current content?

Try these Red Rock Road or Hillside Road without placing another surface on them.
