Reversed turnouts

Does anyone know why my turnout flags would be reversed on some of my jct's? Explanation: The red and green holograms are reversed. The locomotive goes towards the red "flag" instead of green. Thanks. BTW I'm using '04

See if you can rotate the junction. This may help fix the issue.

P.S. Rotating will place it the other side of the track, but it does something in the minimap.

If its on a curved part of track this can happen as the spline can bend in the opposite direction first... so it thinks its turning left when its really turning right, (or vice versa).

Straighten the track here and use the straighten tool, then replace the junction.

Or build the turnout with one leg straight, the bend it.
