Resource check problem

For setting the train you need only
Resource verify rule (RVR)and
-Driver schedule rule (as a child)

It's good to use one RVR for coalmine and second for powerstation. Train will start when coalmine will have enough coal (exceed amount) and powerstation have need for coal(fall below amount). So you must set both RVR and drivers command in driver schedule rule. You don't drive this train manualy, he do this automatic.
Again
resource verify rule (for coalmine)
-resource verify rule (for powerstation)
--driver schedule rule

For this task you don't need inputtable at all.

Must be something wrong with my Trainz programme.
I can't find a Resource Verify Rule and I can't find it on the DLS either.
There is a Resource Check rule but I couldn't get it to work.
Thanks for the suggestions.

That was a very interesting Thread you suggested - wish I had 2010.

Found the Rule.
However I still can't get it working.
It is a simple circle with a mine and a power station as a test run.
I set up the 2 rules as you suggested, gave the driver instructions to go to the mine, load and drive to a trackmark near the power station.
It does that, stops and then runs backwards to the mine.
I did try it without the trackmark but after loading the coal it stopped.
I am missing something very basic.

Driver instruction must be set for both location, load at coalmine and unload in powerstation, And don't forget to set resource verify rules in both industries.

Thanks for all your help celje.
Unfortunately I am still unable to get this working.
I have been trying various instructions in several Threads over the past week.
After spending a few hours every day it is time I gave in and got my life back.
Thanks.
Stuart. :'(

What a great rule. I never thought one was available, even though it only works the initial time. Hopefully some smart cookie out there will come up with an answer to make it repeat in TANE.
I have been playing around with the new IT's and TCB's with no happy results.

On the download station there is a few 'tools' that will help instead of IT's and TCB's, they are;

Token Management Rule/Token management 2
Schedule Library
Jump to Label
Insert Buff Label
Copy Commands From
Skip to Label If Track Mark Condition Is Met

and of course if the Resources Verify Rule worked more than once, that'll be a great one to have!

Thanks Steve.

I have had a look at a couple of them, but get a little confused with the instructions, finally giving up.

This resources rule would be great, and would suit most of my needs, if it is reasonably simple to implement. I'm no computer programmer.

The Resource verify rule work in TS12 build 49922, but after patches no more in TS12 build 61388.

It would be very good if N3V repair scripts so this rule would be work in TANE.
