Reskinners for hire?

Is there any one who re-skins locomotives/rolling stock for hire? I'd prefer free, of course! I've tried reskinning but frankly don't have the time or interest to learn how to do it well. I'd be willing to pay a reasonable fee for good quality reskins.

What can I do for you? I can do pretty much anything if given a PSD, and I have PSD's of a lot of things

The "local" RR is Norfolk & Southern; I'd like several locomotives reskinned to NS colors. I tried reskinning some locos to a fantasy Serenity Valley Railroad scheme but the result was pretty bad. If you're interested I can send you my wish list and Serenity Valley color scheme. (SVRR because I'm a fan of the Firefly/Serenity TV series; color scheme is based on the Independants logo.)

There is a lot of NS stuff out there already...... look around, and I'm sure you'll find lots of good stuff!
