I wanted to put a name on “Reading B8a 0-6-0 Camelback Tender Undec”. First I copied and saved the original tender.tga file. Then I opened the “Reading B8a 0-6-0 Camelback Tender Undec” in explorer/tender body/tender.tga. Copy the tender.tga file, and then opened the copy file in paint.net. Then typed the name I wanted on both sides. Went to file (in paint.net) and clicked on Save As, and I saved it to the original “tender body” file. It wanted to know if I wanted to replace the original file with the new file. I clicked yes. I committed it and got this error “Error: The texture 'tender_body/tender.tga' failed to load.” I have did this many times before. What went wrong? Thanks funnnyfarm

Did you remember to make sure that the RLE compression was not applied?

Shane what is a RLE? And how do I not compression it? thanks funnnyfarm

RLE is a type of image compression, and usually is associated with a pre-ticked box during saving/exporting an image that needs to be unticked.
