REQ: Decal printer in Australia

I'm wondering if anybody here is, or knows of someone who can print decals for HO scale models? I have made up a set for the latest XPT CountryLink scheme and need them printed.

I'm not really interested in getting them done overseas, only within Australia.

If you have an inkjet printer you can make your own. You can buy paper that you use with an ordinary PC printer to make waterslide or sticky decals. I don't know whether there is an Aussie supplier but over here you can get them from http://www.craftycomputerpaper.co.uk/ProductDetail.asp?ProductID=158&CatID=15

Thanks. I'm just concerned that the crispness and quality wont be as good with a standard printer.

Which program/s do you use?

How do you define a transparent colour when making white writing that isn't a font?

And is the scaling generally accurate? Eg. If I measure 42mm on the loco, set the width to 42mm on the image, will it be 42mm? (I've noticed some programs and/or printer calibrations are inaccurate when practicing this.)
