Yep you open CMP, open up the locomotive for edit in explorer, find and copy the kuid for the hornsound you like, go into the locomotive's config file and replace the original kuid with the new kuid next to the word "hornsound". Then at the bottom where it says "kuid table", again replace the old kuid with the new kuid. Save, commit the loco, and right click on the asset and go to "View Dependencies" to make sure the hornsound was replaced.
