Repeat Session

Is it possible to automatically repeat a session once all the predefined driver rules have completed? So if I set up a train to travel from A to B, then back to A again it would repeat the journey forever.
I am aware of the Enable Repeat rule on the Download Station, but that works on a driver by driver basis, I'd like to know if something more global exists.

Cheers

The repeat commands as far as I know are driver specific, there should be a 'Repeat' option at the top of the list when selecting a driver command.

You could try the "schedule library" plus "copy commands from" rule.
First name the set of commands say A-B-A. Then input every command you would normally use.
Give the driver the order "copy commands from" "library" A-B-A.
You can also input all your sets of commands naming them, so once an A-B-A set has been carried out the consist could then do an A-D-C-A.
The chore is putting all the commands in the library, that can be a pain.

Cool, that's a much neater way of writing driver schedules, but it doesn't really solve my original question.
It's easier to see if there are two trainz, one travels A-B-A and the other A-C-A it is unlikely that both journeys will take the same time. So if I want to keep repeating the same session I would have faff around padding out whichever was the shortest journey with Wait For commands so both driver schedules take the same length of time.

You could use the wait until minute command. Lets say the longest journey is 13 minutes and shortest 9 minutes. Place the comand on both trains to wait until the same minute (00, 15, 30 and 45 minutes) Both trains will start at the same time. Set it up with the schedule library and then in driver place the four timing commands with the copy schedule inbetween them and use repeat. This will run the schedule every 15 minutes so the short train will have to wait 6 minutes and the long one 2 minutes before they will go again.

In the case of 2 schedules as above I would run 1 A-B-A then an A-C-A with the other consist doing A-C-A then A-B-A, equalizing the times out.

Aye I guess there are ways around it, which will would make the scenario more interesting anyway. I'll just have to stop being so lazy.

With the Wait Until command, I had thought about it but it wasn't available to me in Surveyor, just Driver. It turns out that I had an old version of the command installed. Getting the new version from the DS solved the problem.

Thanks for your help.
