The bogie is necessary because it's a dependency not included in the pack... but I wanted you to see that there don't seem to be any problems with the downloaded and installed asset.
Let's look at the specific problem with the <326643:12104> texture error , which is that it can't load a especific texture.
Inspecting it in Explorer and viewing the mesh with MeshViewer, I only find the following:
In the mu_night folder (the nighttime mesh), we have:
Glass texture and its texture.txt
Env_glass texture and its texture.txt
And the important one, uic-x_mainint.tga and its texture.txt.
The error you're showing indicates that the mesh can't load the uic-x_main texture (the usual external texture), and the nighttime texture should be uic-x_mainint.
The exterior daytime texture isn't in this folder, so it can't be loaded, hence the error.
However, using Locate Texture in Mesh Viewer, the texture DOES appear listed on the mesh, with no visible application.
This appears in the next line of the Error: the night mesh doesn't have that texture assigned.
I don't know why it's not showing any problems for me (TS19), but we're talking about an asset for 2.2, so strange things can happen. I also have Compatibility Mode enabled since I have my own old assets in use.
