Renew FCT

Renewed my FCT, Activated it in order history, Still shows old expiry in download station. what gives, or this just another glitch they have to fix.

I have seen in other threads that ticket activation may take 24-48 hours. Try to wait it out and see. Other threads mention something about closing game, clearing temp and cache folders, then resetting username and passwords helps. Give these ideas a try and post back if this don't work.

Have a look at your download tickets, then check the fct there. I don't think you can activate it from order history.

If memory serves me correctly, a FCT can only be activated from the Download Tickets section.

OK done that, Still shows old expiry date in dls, how long do we have to wait now,Auran must have the slowest server ever.

Patience is a virtue not something to be endured my mother told me(at times I dont listen) OK it has gone thru.

I waited a week to activate it, then it took about 72 hours (working days downunder, not weekends) for it to finally work. The first time I purchased one it took a long time to find out that you had to activate them. Just a little weird way of doing things at the home office I guess.

I agree I think they should remove activate ticket from order history and give CLEAR instructions on where you activate your ticket.

I still haven't pressed "Activate FCT" ... and I am letting my FCT sit in storage ... It appears that the "Easter Sale" is still going on, and a 20% Voucher is still available ... I wonder if one can have 2 FCT's sitting in storage, "Unactivted", for "activation" at a much later date ?

Yes you can, I got one on discount while i still had 3 months of a yearly one left, then a free month one with a purchase. Activated the month one the day before the yearly one ran out, then the next full one day before the month ended, seamless on both.
