Reinstallation

After a recent hiccup with the DLS I have had to reinstall TS-12 and am currently downloading the updates, I also formatted the drive that TS-12 was on, now as I am starting again I was wondering if there is a quick way to make the older versions up to the current version (2.9 or above) and other hassles that seem to be common like thumbnails.....enmasse rather than one at a time???

Any thoughts????
