Registration puzzle

I recently - the other night installed 2012 and registered ot. However when trying to download items I cannot as I am being told to register. When I tried the lonk to the Help matter I am being told I am already registered and shows the information. It is an incomvenient hold up.

Not having much luck today by the looks of it...... I'd have gone down the Pub by now!

Assuming you have entered your details in Launcher > Options > internet, that could mean the firewall is blocking access.

It's due to the Windows 7 / 8 permissions annoyance, where details such as username and password are not getting saved due to microsoft's program files write restrictions, in which case run Trainz as Administrator, simplest way is use Shane Turners Permissions generating tool http://trainz.shaneturner.co.uk/tutorials/index.php/en/home/utilities/permission-generating-tool.

There's another possibility here. The content you may be trying to download may be for TS12 SP1, and your version may not be SP1 level.
