Registration problem

Hello Everybody,

I recently brought 2 sets of trainz 12 , 1 for me and 1 for my family member and we were trying to regester in planet auran new user, its not working after 2nd step (confirm account) i did n't got any mail for activation,so we thought it may be due to some mail problem then we tried to make user from different mail adress like hotmail but it also didn't worked ,
so i mailed to support, this is what i got in reply

"Your Ticket has been received and a member of our staff will review it and reply accordingly. We are currently very busy and will endeavor to answer your ticket within 5 days. Listed below are details of this Ticket.

Ticket ID: UKP-290394
Subject: Registration mail
Department: Email Queue
Priority: Low
Status: Open
"

Does anybody else have encountered such regestration problem recently?

so waiting and hoping it will be solved.

What Scottbe8 is vague and bluntly trying to say here in that email to support has little or no chance of helping you.

What I suggest you to do is send in a ticket to the helpdesk. It looks like you did so already. Go back to that ticket, up the priority and make it absolutely clear that your friend currently can not use his new product.

It is known that not all Email send by the forum actually makes it to the receiving party. N3V has this problem with both the forum and the content acceptance process.
I can only wish for you that the helpdesk picks up your problem soon or you get lucky and a mod notices your topic here.
 
Hi Samoyd
As per the email confirming that your ticket has been received, please allow us up to 5 days to look into your ticket. We have had a long weekend here in Australia this week (Monday being a public holiday), and as such it may take a little longer whilst we catch up from the long weekend.

I can't look into it now, as I'm not currently working, however we will look into your ticket in due course.
