Recommended Routes,Scenarios/Activities?

Hi,
Can anyone recommend any particular routes for me to download?.preferably ones with a few scenarios/activities which will run on them.
I have the 2009 version.
I appreciate that some people may prefer not to single out particular routes etc as a lot of hard work goes into all of them, but hopefully a few suggestions may be forthcoming.
I must admit to be lazy when it comes to creating my own, i just dont have the patience.

I prefer activities to do with goods, as opposed to passenger runs.

I have surfed the content section, but i see so many routes and it takes a fair while to download all the needed files, so any pointers to particular routes..with numerous goods activities to run on them would be greatly appreciated.

A route that runs well in TRS2004, TRS2006,TS2009, and TS2010, is the Cumberland to Connellsville that I uploaded to the Trainz Pro Routes download station two years ago It is app. 60 MB in size, and has 1343 baseboards.
