You need to upload said photo to a photo sharing site then use the link provided.

You will need an account with an image hosting service, such as PhotoBucket but there are many others. Save the image into your account page or Library page at the service and then reference the address of the image in your post here on the forums. The hosting service will usually give you instructions on how to do this.
