Realistic Assets for creating Turnouts in Trainz Simulator 12?

I've been trying to work with just the built-in "Jointed Rail" assets for Trainz 12, but I want to know if there's anything better.

I need something that provides assets for all elements of an actual turnout/junction/switch that has some kind of animation. Especially would love a setup with a lever-type switch.

Also wouldn't mind recommendations for realistic track to go with the setup. Can someone help me?

Are there any specific trackside assets that go well with these tracks?

The protrack assets I pointed you to are turnouts, there are many trackside assets that will be suitable depending on the area or country you are modelling.

While on this subject, let me point out that there are many animated turnouts made for or working in TR12. I use HOTT models quite nicely. But I had minor instructions of how to use them, so what I do, works for me but I am not sure it is the correct way. In order to make one you need the basic asset that shows the track, and it can be moved as any other stationary asset except that it does not move up or down. Then you need some invisible track. Make a turnout with it and join it to your track. Finally add the set of point that normally has the lever. Fiddle with all this and there you have it. Here are the problems: I was never able to figure out the connecting circles or these yellow markings that would snap to the invisible track or the outside track. And most important is that if you find your ideal turnout, go find the acual points with the lever. They should be in the trackside menu but only a few show! It would be nice if when you download a package, all the coresponding assets go to where they should be and they have recognizable names so you can relate one to the other. A comprehensible tutorial would be nice too. But of course all this could be that I am not as logical as I should be?
