Re-registering Account

I have deleted existing TRS19 installation and then reloaded it.

Completed the required Username/Password detail in Content Manager/Internet/Settings but attempts to re-register then brings up "username/password already taken" message and the suggestion I contact Help desk which in the circumstances is not very helpful.

Any Suggestions for a 30 second solution?
 
Sounds like you are trying to create a new account within Trainz 2019. You should be able to sign your account in to Trainz 2019 without creating a new account and getting that error.

You don't need to register a new account, as you already have an account registered. However you will need to enter this account's username and password into the Trainz Settings. You can do this by following these steps:

1) Double click on the TRS19 icon on your desktop
2) Click on Trainz Settings
3) Click on the Internet tab
4) Enter your username and password into the boxes provided, then press enter.
- Please keep in mind that your username and password are case sensitive.
5) Close the settings window, then try starting Trainz.
