So according to the post it was only going to be 1 Hour!! for me in the UK the forum was down about 5 hrs from about 19.00 to 00.00 Gmt????????

That was last night.
It was also down for much the same timespan the night before. Both events were unannounced I believe.
As I read it, the 1 hour estimated system drop is still to take place within the "next 48" (now around 38) hours.
At least we have had some warning this time. I thought my system/software had failed in some way until after the Forum had been restored when I could see the time gap where no posts had been made.

We have had some issues with the forums over the post few days, which we are looking into. As part of this, we will be doing an upgrade to the server, which will help to improve the stability.
