RAR files needing to commit or import

Hey group, I got some .rar files today from a russian site that I can't seem to commit. Whats the trick here? I have tried to import content but the files are not zipped so its like there's nothing to open.

NYW I am using 06'

.RAR files are a form of compression and need to be extracted....like .zip files.
