Random Load onto Conflats

How would I do this? I set up Multiple Industry New to load Condor containers, BD containers, and FM containers onto conflat wagons. Unfortunately, I have no idea how to randomize the loads so that the wagons have mixed loads of each container. Is there a way to do this?

Hi Ron --

One thought comes to mind - exclude specific loads from the conflats. It can be done in the Session layer, wagon by wagon. And yes, I agree it is tedious and there should be a better way but I can't think of one at the moment.

If you are not certain of the process, see this video (best watched full screen and in HD):

Tell us if it helps.

If you clone and modify the wagons with the different loads you have in the industry, then use the 'get consist' button in the 'Add consist' flyout, you can name the wagon(s) for the session it is used in. You can get it any time you need it. You can have one or a number this way. It also allows you to add the wagons to a session while in driver if you need to.
cheers,

In Multiple Industry New you can set the car that gets loaded with each product. It is done in the track tab.

You can also use the "Load With" command, it will load the same product in multiple cars, as long as the car is configured for that product or product category. It is setup in in the driver command or set up in the surveyor in the schedule library.
