Since I had no replied to my previous post about drawbridges, I'm posting a new one in the hope someone out there can suggest something.
I would like to include an interactive train drawbridge in a layout with the following characteristics:
1) Ideally 4 tracks, but 2 would also work
2) Remains closed in favor of train traffic and only opens for water traffic.
3) Has the invisible track for interactivity with drivable ships.
4) Can stop trains when opening. Failing that, I believe I can set up a trackside signal that will go to a "stop" indication when told to by a trigger set on the invisible track tripped by an approaching drivable ship.
I've looked through Content Manage and have yet to find anything, though the Chicago Canal Bridges came close (but appear to have been lacking the track connections, hence my previous post!). Does such a bridge exist? Can I modify an existing bridge?
Thanks.
