Quick question about blue comet/SP3

I was deleting the downloaded patchfile and noticed the file was only 27mb about 20mb short even tho the DL told me it had completed.
So i reinstalled the game tryed the auto loader and what happend FAIL
so i downloaded the manual patch and it downloaded to 45mb this time and worked
