Quick Portal Mgr. V3 - change portal?

I see only one place to select a portal in Quick Portal Manager and that appears to effect all the trains that are to be emitted. I would like to emit some trains from different portals, at different times, using Quick Portal Manager. Probably obvious but ........

One other question - is there an explanation of the queue specs and mission setting? I put nothing in them and it seems to work ok.

Thanks for the help. However, I did a search and came across the instructions for Quick Portal. I was then able to setup trains from more than one portal. I usually hit a dead end on searches but was lucky this time.

I just did a quick read, of the link and am I correct in the assumption that the Quick Portal Rule can be used to transfer consists between routes on the same computer as the IPortal can do?

Your assumption is correct. That is one thing of which the QuickPortalManagerV2/V3 is capable.
