Q1. When I make custom sessions, how can I make AI trains without portals?

Q2. How can I lock the junctions and automatically change direction without tapping it?

Q3. How do I edit the session preview image from sideways to upright?

Is not Trainz Driver 2 only available to Apple products? Your timeline shows you have Trainz on Android. I tried to get Trainz Driver 2 but I don't have an iPhone or iPad, or did you just not register it yet?
