Question regarding modula city v 3.0

I was just wondering, where would I go to download/buy this? I tried both trainzland.net and trainzland.com and they both ask me for a username and password which i cannot provide. I tried my forum name and pw but to no avail. Anyone know where I can get it, or if there is a certain username/pw I should use?

Is it not available from N3V any more? I seem to recall them marketing it in the newsletter before.

Thanks, although $25 seems to be a bit much considering 2.0 is built in to TS:MAC... IDK if i'll buy it.
