A bad one has issues like missing dependencies or mesh etc. or is an old version which cannot be supported.
I got this one as a pay ware. Trying to figure where. But in the config file it says Pay ware. I will copy config file for you:

description "Pere Marquette Class N-1
The Lima 'Super Power'
In the early 20th century the rampant spread of the developing industrial machine demanded ever faster service from it's transportation systems. It was clear that dragging freight over vast distance at low speed was the formula of a bygone era. If the railroad was to keep pace with the modern world it would need to provide more rapid methods of moving the tonnage. More power was the obvious solution, but how to achieve this at reasonable cost and in a way compatible with existing infrastructure?
As demand declined for the powerful but slow pulling Shay technology licensed to Lima Locomotive Works, the company turned it's attention to conventional locomotive developement. In 1922 Vice President of Engineering, William Woodard set about solving the problem of generating greater power without excessive axle loads and fuel comsumption. Building upon Lima's experimental H-10 Mikado built for the New York Central Railroad, Woodard's team applied several innovations including Type E superheaters, Worthington feedwater heaters, cast steel cylinders and increased boiler pressure. Most notably the firebox was increased in size by over a third. Distribution of the additional firebox weight was achieved by incorporating a four wheel trailing truck, resulting in the characteristic 2-8-4 wheel arrangement.
The Class A-1 'Super Power' locomotive proved succesful in testing on the NYC's Boston & Albany subsidiary, hauling heavy freight over the Berkshire Hills. The 2-8-4 wheel arrangement would come to be known on most railroads as the 'Berkshire'.
A descendant of the A-1 Pere Marquette's Class N-1 was built by Lima in 1941 for fast freight services in the Great Lakes region. Pere Marquette N-1 #1225 has been preserved in operational condition. It is currently undergoing repairs subsequent to a compulsory 15 yearly boiler inspection and is expected to returned to service on the Great Lakes Central Railroad in mid to late 2013. The locomotive is a familiar sight in modern culture since an accurate representation is featured in the 2004 movie, 'The Polar Express'."
