Question,, Can lights on a loco be made to blink?

Hi all

Working on something but it would be so much better if the light could blink half a second on, half a second off on a loco.
Has anyone accomplished this? If so, could you tell me their loco so I can take a gander at their config file and reverse engineer it into what I'm working on??

Yes, it's done in the loco's script file by creating a thread that alternates a mesh on and off
