Question about spelling in CMP

It seems that correct spelling is very important when words are inserted in search areas in CM's.
Has anybody noticed that the word 'dependencies' is spelt wrong in CMP in the left bottom box when it is searching for dependencies. It is spelt as 'depedecies'. My question is can this or does this have an affect on the performance of CMP, or is it insignificant.

Interesting question. But I don't see it makes any difference. there is always the question on how the english and americans spellings can be different. Tyre vs Tire for example, also found Tunel and Tunnel in DLS. If in doubt check both.

It depends on what is being searched/used.

For config.txt entries (apart from username and author), spelling is imperative.

For username and author entries, misspellings are possible, but will affect on what is found. (The username entry in the config.txt is actually the asset name, not the user name of the author)
