Purchased TRS19 Plus in Error

G'day Tony,

I have made an error in purchasing TRS19 Trainz Plus when in fact I wanted TRS22 Trainz Plus, I have also purchased TRS22.

Is it possible to Cancel the TRS19 Trainz Plus Membership, and receive a refund, both Transactions were done on the 12DEC21.

I have checked your membership here and can confirm that you have purchased a 12 month TrainzPlus membership, which includes access for both TRS19 and TRS22 (as well as access to TrainzPlus releases/features). As it is a yearly membership, you will be able to keep your TRS22 if you decide to cancel the membership later on, as is the offer till January 15th.

If you have also purchased TRS22 itself separately, then please submit a ticket to our helpdesk at http://support.trainzportal.com/ (you will need to sign in, and then use the troubleshooter, to submit a ticket - most options should take you to an option to submit a ticket).
