You have not made it clear why you have started this thread. Please remember not all Trainzers are mind readers. Are you saying you propose making these sIgnals? If so then good for you!
If I understand this thread properly (and your previous thread on more or less the same thing) you want someone to make you a great many signals? It may be that the signals are not the problem but the way in which you are placing them. I say this as it is very rarely that people seem to encounter such issues as you are having with existing signals.
You say that the included (for this I read built-in) signals are not quite what you want. Have you tried all the available alternatives on the DLS too? This may also provide an answer to your query.

Only three position semaphores
4 position Semaphore Arm:

Unfortunately, you have an R.S.A. Standard train order "Four Light Semaphore Spectacle" there, not a four postiion semaphore. There never was such a thing. This spectacle was provided four openings so that it could be used both as a train order signal with the bi-directional lamp mounted on the top of the post, (as seen here) or as a three position lower quadrant A.B.S. signal with the lamp mounted to the side of the post, (Reading images.)
These specs. were not used in any other way, especially not as a "four position signal" with a Lunar or purple or blue roundel. To change indication in four positions requires progressing through the red aspect and this dangerous move was expressly prohibited from the earliest of proceedings of the Railway Signal Club later the A.R.A. Signal Section. You will note on a position or color position light signal in going to or from Lunar to any indication but red, the lights are extinguished before the more favorable indication is displayed. The red having never been lit.
