Product not configured

Hello

I recently downloaded the Cattaraugus Creek and Lake Erie route. I am very new to Trainz in general and usually just use the waybills to move products around. I noticed on this route most of the industries have no products configured and was wondering If anyone knew how to attach products to the industries.
