Why ProTrack not working junction in TRS2019? how to solved it?

Database repair at a guess, advisable to do one before opening a route after a new patch.
Or
First run often hasn't finished caching so bits appear to initially be missing, subsequent runs are normally OK here.

Running the TrainzUtil Prebuild command can help with the caching issue, it's under the developer tab.

Which type of Protrack? SP1 has many issues but I've not noticed this (though off to double check now).

Edit: Just checked the process on one of my WIP routes and using DMT Pro Track V2, the junctions are still forming correctly.
