Hey I have UTC I have no problem strating the game but however some of the US content is missing and when I go to surveyor and my maps are missing the tracks and most of the scenery as well some of the us tracks and tunnels are missing i browse through them then a window pops up saying Crogram~1\Auran\Trainz\bin\Render3DCore.dll can somebody help me solve this problem it would be appreciated.

Try reinstalling. It sounds like a corrupted install to me.
