Problems with TRS19

After I restarted my computer (it was because I couldn't open the game, forget why though), I found that I couldn't download ANYTHING in content manager (it never actually downloads, it just says 'searching asset'), nor can I open any routes. Does anyone know how to fix this?
 
You need to run a database repair because your data is now corrupted. At the Launcher, click on the Developer menu item at the top then click on Rebuild database. This process can take some time depending upon how much content you have installed.

If this still happens, you will need to reinstall the program.
