Problems Downloading GE Cab

Earlier today I purchased the Warbonnet 2 pack that consists of the BNSF CW44-9 and ATSF C40-9W, and have downloaded and installed all of the required dependencies for each except one: the GE Widecab Type 1 (TS12). I downloaded the Type 2 cab for the BNSF loco, and it worked; however when trying to download the Type 1 cab for the other, it downloads all the way up to 8.0 MB, then stops downloading like it can't find the rest of the .cdp. This is all confusing, being that the file is 8.1 MB in size, and it goes all the way to 8.0 MB and stops. I don't know if the file is corrupt, something is going on with the site, or if my internet is simply screwing up.
Again, the Type 1 cab is the only thing that I can't download.

c44-9w cab mech t1 TS12 1. 8306 kb. That's what downloads for the GE wide cab type 1. Just done it.
